make every effort to ship new orders in 24-48 hours, but it is possible

Q: Where are the instructions for my Holan brand products?
A: Holan items do not ship with instructions in the box. Please visit the Instructions Page (on right) to download and print PDF versions of the instructions from your PC.
Q: What does S/S and C/N stand for on Holan brand products?
A: C/N stands for Chrome & Nickel plating. It's a stainless steel looking finish that holds up exceptionally well. S/S is our brand new Stainless Steel products which have no coating on them at all. Black powdercoating (BLK) is the standard Holan finish.
