Q: How quickly do you ship?
A: We make every effort to ship new orders that arrive before 3:00 PM ET the same day.  If we can't ship right away, we'll give you a heads up.  If you need something before a specific date, please let us know before placing your order using the following form.

Q: Where are the instructions for my Holan brand products?
A: Holan items do not ship with instructions in the box.  Please visit the Instructions Page (on bottom) to download and print PDF versions of the instructions from your PC.
