The product consists of external reinforcements for each
pannier to make them better withstand a fall. The bottom 2 latches are designed to hold the weight of the
pannier and are permanently bolted to the pannier using stainless hardware. Kit mounts 2 panniers and must
be purchased with the Pro Mount.
