SHIPPING
General Lead Time / Shipping Info:
Before ordering, be sure to check the description of item you want. Although most items are in stock and ship with 48 hours of purchase, some items may be labeled as temporarily backordered or be special order and have a lead time of 1-14 days before we ship them out. If you need one of these items right away, or the lead time is longer than what you expect it to be, feel free to contact us. We might be able to help.
Backorder Shipping:
Any items that
are on backorder will be identified when adding to the shopping cart -
if the system doesn't identify it as out of stock, it's a very good bet
that we have it for you in our warehouse. Please see our Terms and
Conditions page for information about when we will capture payment on
items that are backordered.
If you order an item that we do not have in stock, we will place your entire order into 'ON ORDER' status. Our goal is to reduce shipping costs to you, so we will wait on your order to be complete before shipping it to you. If we deem it necessary to break out your order into multiple shipments, we may alter the shipping method we send either shipment with. If you need
items broken into different shipments, we invite you to place multiple
orders, or contact us for more details.
Shipping within the United States:
We ship via two carriers - UPS (Ground, 3rd Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Overnight) and USPS (Express, Priority, and First Class Mail). UPS Ground takes between 1-8 days depending where you are in location to us in Western PA. USPS Priority Mail transit time is between 2-4 days.
Shipping Internationally:
We will ship internationally to the following countries via USPS Express, Priority, and First Class Mail when not barred from doing so by our wholesalers:

Any duties, taxes, and fees, if applicable, are not included in the postage paid, and must be paid by the customer directly. If duties and/or taxes are assessed, most countries will collect from the recipient a customs clearance and delivery fee in addition to the duties and taxes. This fee is authorized by international postal agreements to reimburse the delivery service for the costs it incurs in clearing the items through customs and collecting duties at the time of delivery.Please also note that transit time for international shipments may take as long as 30-60 days depending on the customs department of the destination country.
Damaged Goods:
All goods are carefully packed and in good
condition when shipped. Title to the merchandise passes to the
customer upon delivery to the carrier. Any claims for damaged goods
must be made with the carrier by the customer.
Damaged or short shipments received through UPS must be reported the SAME DAY or no credit can be given. We hate this as much as you do, but this is a requirement by UPS.
RETURN POLICY
Parts that have been installed (or damaged while attempting to install) and/or used in any detectable manner will not be accepted for return. Please be aware of this policy before beginning installation.
- Incorrectly shipped, defective and unwanted products are returnable when postmarked within 30 days of original shipment date.
- Items deemed to be shipped correctly and in usable condition (i.e. an unwanted item) will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
- Shipping charges, including return shipping is not refundable.
- Any items returned for credit or exchange must be in 'like-new' condition, and in the original packaging.
Customer must ship all items in a properly packaged and insured shipping box or envelope; do not use the product packaging as a shipping container. Returns that do not meet this requirement, or arrive damaged will not have credit given for them.
